We're sorry to hear that after unlocking Taylor's passcode after purchasing it. We are already working on a fix for this as soon as possible and we don't have a specific timeline.
It would help us if you can provide more information via in-game our Help Center chat. Select App issues and bug report, choose I can't unlock Taylor's phone. Either way, you can provide us screenshots and give us the actions that you did prior to encountering the issue.
As a fix that worked for some players, try changing your in-game language to English and then back to your preferred language to see if it helps. However, this doesn't guarantee that this fix is applied to all.
