Yes, Xadia has the Adventurer's Passport which is similar to a battlepass. You will need to complete Passport Bounties (quests) to earn adventure points. 

Each level of the Passport unlocked may grant the following:

• Hero Skins
• Pets
• Crafting Materials
• Gold
• Arcane Essence
