This known issues list will be updated regularly. It is intended as a brief overview and does not represent the entire list of issues currently being worked on. 

Title: iOS players receiving errors when attempting to log into the game on PIN locked profiles
Issue: Players on iOS who attempt to access the game from a profile that is PIN locked will receive an error. As a temporary workaround players who encounter this issue are advised to fully log out of their Netflix account, manually sign back in, and then select their PIN locked profile to enter the game.

Title: Unable to complete Weekly Challenge “Gain Competitive Ranks”. 
Issue: In some cases players may be unable to complete the weekly challenge “Gain Competitive Ranks” due to already reaching max level 70.

Title: Unable to Complete Weekly Challenge “Win Contests Without Dying”
Issue: In some cases players may have trouble completing the weekly challenge “Win contests without dying”

Title: -1 Cash Rewards
Issue: Upon completing a contest, players are sometimes rewarded with -1 cash

Title: Duplicated Character Model
Issue: While at the main menu, players may observe a duplicated character model blocking their own character

Work Around: Force close and restart the app

Title: Network Issues
Issues: Wi-Fi icon appears during gameplay, players receive an error message that reads “DisconnectedByPluginLogic” or “CriticalFailure”.

Title: Ghost Emmi skin shows a different portrait
Issue: Equipping Emmi’s Ghost skin can cause a different portrait to be displayed when loading into a match.
