Not every ghost finds peace in the afterlife. Some dwell on their emotions and lose their sense of purpose and clarity about who they are. They cause chaos in the world of ghosts and may even endanger people in the world of the living. These ghosts are known as Lost Souls.

Lost Souls can be rescued. Tapping one of the Lost Souls on the map starts a match-3 puzzle. If you can solve the puzzle, you rescue the Lost Soul and have a chance to collect important resources you can't get elsewhere.

If a Lost Soul is not rescued in time, it haunts a location, creating a Soul Storm.
