If you’d like to adjust your park layout, you can enter Edit Mode by tapping the Pencil and Wrench icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen, then selecting the Pencil and Carousel icon. From there, use the “Remove All” option to clear your layout.

However, if you want to start the game completely fresh, this feature is not currently supported.
