If the game is not starting, please close it and relaunch it. If this doesn't resolve the issue, it is possible that the cloud servers are experiencing technical issues. Usually, these are cleared up after an hour as the system periodically refreshes.

If the game is still not starting after that time has passed, please contact our Player Support team. You can do this directly via the “Help” button located in the Controller Settings (⚙) menu or via the Party Crashers: Fool Your Friends! Help Center page—just tap the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
