We are still optimizing performance for a wider range of devices! We have implemented some minimum device requirements for Android and Apple. While we make changes as thoughtfully as possible, as minimum requirements change, some current installs may not be able to update.
Minimum Memory: 4 GB or more of RAM on Android devices.
Minimum supported OS:
iOS 18 or iPad OS 18
Android 10
Apple minimum supported chip: A12 Bionic and later chips
Please Note:
Apple: Even if your device meets the above requirements, any model released on or before 2022 are more likely to encounter issues even if they’re playable most of the time. If you’re not sure what you have, you can view your Model Name via Settings > General > Model Name. Examples of devices released on or before 2022 include:
iPhone 13, 12, 11
iPad with A15, A14, A13 chips
iPad Air with A14, A12 chips
iPad Pro with A12Z
Android: We do not officially support Harmony OS. Please let us know in your error reports if you are using any of these systems!
