1. Discord - Discord is a player-first communication channel that we are so happy to be a part of! Joining Discord will allow players to communicate with each other, find new friends to play with, and hear directly from the Foxes working on Spirit Crossing themselves! We have community nights, playtests, and even Q&As! What could be more fun? This is a great way to share your thoughts in a friendly, conversational setting, including in the “Bug Reports” channel. Please note that our devs may not always be available to respond, but we'll do our best!

2. Live Events - An organized chance to play with other testers! We’ll be organizing events through Discord, so be sure to keep an eye out in “#🌱︴announcements” channel!

How To Provide Great FeedbackWhile there’s no such thing as bad feedback, it is possible to position your feedback to be especially helpful to developers.

Known Issues: Be sure to check the Known Issues list or Discord before reporting a problem. You might just find your issue already listed there.

Good feedback example #1: "When talking to NPCs, I sometimes felt like the conversations were too short and didn't give me enough time to get to know the characters. I found myself wanting more depth in the dialogue."

Why it’s great: This feedback identifies a specific moment where the player feels a lack of depth, but it leaves room for developers to explore how to address it.

Not-so-helpful feedback example: "This dialogue is boring."

Why it’s less helpful: It doesn’t give any insight into what part of the dialogue is lacking or why it’s boring for the player.

🧘🏽‍♀️Remain Positive and Patient

We know that bugs and crashes can be frustrating, but your kind and constructive feedback makes all the difference. Remember, we’re all here to make Spirit Crossing the best it can be!
