Congratulations! You've made Spirit Crossing history by helping eliminate pesky bugs. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you report your bug:
Reporting on DiscordWe use Discord Forums as our primary destination for bug reporting. If you do not use Discord, you can still report bugs in-game via the 👍“thumbs up” and 👎 “thumbs down” buttons in-game on the top of your main screen. You can find the full key in the How To Submit A Bug Report post on Discord HERE.
When using the "bug reports" Discord channel, here are a few helpful tips on how they work:
⬆️ Upvotes: See a post you also experienced? Smash that Up Arrow! It helps us to understand how often the same issue is happening for different testers.
1️⃣ Best Practices: There's no such thing as a silly bug. If you're not sure, please share! If you're confused, chances are, others are, too, and it's a place we can improve.
2️⃣ Post Guidelines: Duplicate posts about the same issue can bog us down. Please check the Bug Forum to see if the issue you are experiencing is already posted. If it is, please add to the thread of said post! If it’s not, start your own post! 😸 A screenshot speaks 1,000 words!
3️⃣ Formatting: The more you can adhere to the below requirements and bug writing format, the easier it is for us to reproduce your issue and eventually fix it! ♥️
Tips For Providing Great Bug Reports
These are the three things we absolutely, positively need for your bug report 🙂
1. Your in-game profile name and device model
2. Where you were in-game when the problem occurred
3. What were you doing moments before the problem occurred
