Error "0x00"
Issue: The game may lose connection if it’s left running in the background for an extended period of time. 
Workaround: To avoid this error, try not to leave the game idle in the background for extended periods. If the error appears, restart the app.

Crashing and Error "0x05" 
Issue: The game may crash repeatedly and show error 0x05.
Workaround: Try reinstalling the game. If the issue continues, please contact us for further assistance.

[Android] Black screen when opening the game. 
Issue:
After launching the game and selecting a Netflix profile, the screen may go black, and the game won’t load.
Workaround:
Try force-closing the game and reopening it a few times. If that doesn’t help, restart your device (turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on) or reinstall the game.
