The team is currently working on a fix for an issue where the broadcast or video stream may freeze if a user scratches a voucher while watching a live broadcast and then returns to the broadcast screen. This fix for this issue will be released in a future app update. In the meantime, if you experience this issue, please fully close and relaunch the app to resolve it temporarily.
