The team is currently working on a fix for an issue where some users are being redirected to the App Store when trying to claim rewards via PayPal. In the meantime, please try the following steps: 
 
1. Fully close and restart the app.
2. Make sure your PayPal email address is confirmed. You can follow PayPal's instructions here to confirm your email address: https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/how-do-i-confirm-my-email-address-help138
3. Manually enter your PayPal password. When logging into PayPal, type your password in manually. Do not use:
- Password autofill
- Face ID / Touch ID
- Other biometric or saved-password login methods
4. If earlier troubleshooting steps does not work, try reinstalling the Best Guess Live app.

- Screenshots of the redirect or any error messages
