We’re sorry for the technical issues during tonight’s (May 7th)episode. Due to a server outage, some players may have missed their answer submissions, experienced stream issues, or saw correct answers not count. Our team is investigating what happened, working to prevent it in the future, and making sure all correct guesses are properly reflected in each player’s Win History.

May 11 ~8:00 AM PDT - It looks like all issues with the services that Best Guess Live uses have been resolved; especially after a smooth episode last Friday. Nevertheless, our team will continue monitoring all systems to ensure broadcast continues to be stable. For the winners that were impacted in Puzzle 1 on May 7th, the team aims to correctly update every participant's Win History. For any other questions or concerns, please contact our Support Team.
May 08 ~1:30 PM PDT - It looks like the services that Best Guess Live uses are no longer impacted. Nevertheless, we will be monitoring tonight’s episode very closely. For the winners that were impacted in Puzzle 1 last night, expect next week to see this corrected in your WIn History.
May 08 ~9:30 AM PDT - The team has determined that yesterday's issue was a result of a server outage that impacted many apps and services. At the moment, it looks like only participants in Puzzle 1/Sparkler were affected. These issues are are still under investigation. We are hoping by around12:30pm PT to have another update. In the meantime, the team is working on identifying the scope of how many people were impacted on Puzzle 1, and exploring ways to do right by the players for this incident.
May 07 ~6:30 PM PDT - Investigation and assessment of all information is ongoing. The team is working to have the show ready for tomorrow and to fix all issues related to correct answers not counting, as well as winnings and Win History not updating correctly ASAP.
May 07 ~5:45 PM PDT - The team is investigating various errors and latency-related issues that affect player submissions, UI/UX, results reveals, and payout calculations.
May 07 ~5:15 PM PDT - The Player Support team is seeing an increase in support tickets from players reporting that their guess “Sparkler” is not being recognized as a correct answer.
