Boggle Player profiles are connected to the Netflix member profile that signs in and launches the game. To make sure all of your player progress is saved, be sure to use the same Netflix member profile each time you play. 

For example, if the ‘Dad’ Netflix member profile was selected before playing Boggle yesterday, players would not see their existing Boggle profiles if the ‘Mom’ profile launches Boggle today.

If you are sure you are signed into the correct Netflix account and the same profile that was used before, then it may be possible that the Boggle player profile was accidentally deleted by the host. Boggle player profiles cannot be restored.
