There are a few word-finding rules:

• Letters need to be next to each other.
• Each letter tile can only be used once per word you submit.
• By default, the minimum word length is three letters (2-letter words are not accepted). As you keep playing, you’ll get access to additional custom game settings, allowing you to select a minimum word length. If you select, e.g., minimum 4-letter words, then 3-letter words won’t be accepted.

Word rules: Boggle Party’s word list focuses on modern, everyday words in use. Any form of a word, such as plural or past tense, is allowed, as long as it’s not from the following categories: 

• Abbreviations.
• Proper nouns and adjectives.
• Names.
• Archaic, obsolete, and antiquated words.
• Words relating to very specific fields of science, art, and academics.
• Strongly offensive words.
