This may happen while a solo player is connected or when multiple players are connected and the usual pop up to reconnect appears in game, even when no disconnection happens.

Here is how to get back to the game: 
- Tap / click the back arrow on the top left corner of your screen 
- This will exit the flow and bring you back to playing 

This simple workaround works for both web and T.V.
