It is recommended that you turn up the volume on your mobile device to hear incoming calls from characters in the game. 

Subtitles can also be enabled from the settings menu in order to display any dialogue from in-game calls on your screen.

Subtitles that match your account's current language setting will be enabled automatically if available.
