Why do I keep expereincing lag or delays with my controller?
If your controller feels laggy or unresponsive, try the steps below:
1. Make sure all controllers are on the same Wi‑Fi network. Controllers on a different network (or a weak connection) can cause input delays.
2. Check for “rogue” controllers that show as connected. In a party or get‑together settings, people often connect, play, walk away, and someone else jumps in. Their phones may still be connected to the game in the background.
* On the Netflix Game Controller app, tap the gear icon and scroll down to “Disconnect controller” to remove any controllers that aren’t actually being used.
3. Confirm the number of connected controllers.
* Tap the N button on your controller to see how many controllers are connected.
* If that number doesn’t match what you see on screen (especially on the Side Select screen before a match), please restart the game.
4. Please make sure that the Netflix Game Controller app is up-to-date. Having the latest version ensures that the Netflix Game Controller app is running as expected.
