The vines are one type of puzzle. You must take them out to proceed along the map. The vines can be expelled by finding and tapping fire orbs. You need to find all vines connected to the fire orb to be able to expel the vines. You won’t be able to interact with the fire orb before you’ve found all the connected vines. Sometimes vines can be far away from the connected fire orb so keep on exploring until you find them.
