The levels of the enemies you encounter in Hellfire Club are the same for everyone and take into account the difficulty for each mission. If a mission enemy appears too strong, we recommend leveling up your characters and equipment and trying out different character combinations using the Gaming Table or picking a different set of artifacts on your next run.
