If your Awesome Characters are not appearing in the Scrap view, check if they have been fully promoted and are not currently part of your active teams (Story, Portal, Club Boss, HNL, Hellfire Club, Investigations). If you cannot scrap additional copies of your already maxed-out Ultra Character, check if they’re not assigned to any active teams as well. 

If the Characters are still unavailable for Scrap, try restarting each of the Hellfire Campaigns, including those that have already been completed. Play one battle in each Campaign, and make sure not to use the Characters you would like to scrap. After that, check if those Characters appear in the Scrap menu. If issues persist, please get in touch with the support team so that we can help you out.
