You can report a bug directly from your game account by going to the Player Support section in the Profile tab and tapping the Chat with Us button at the bottom of the screen. From there, select Game Issues & Bug Report > Bug Report. Fill in the requested details to help us better understand the issue. The more information you provide—such as screenshots or videos—the easier it is for us to investigate and resolve the problem.
You can also report the bug through our Netflix Puzzled Help Center page. Just tap the chat icon in the bottom right corner and follow the same Game Issues & Bug Report > Bug Report category path.
When we receive your report, we may reach out for additional information. If the provided information is sufficient, we will forward it immediately to the team for further investigation and potential resolution.
