When you play Netflix Puzzled as a Guest, your progress is stored only on the device you’re currently using. If you delete or reinstall the app, or switch to another device, your Guest progress will be lost and cannot be recovered. This applies to any Guest progress that you start on a particular device.

If you want to keep your progress safe and play the game on more than one device, you can register a valid email address by tapping your profile icon and selecting Netflix Sign In or Enter Email.

By signing in with your Netflix account, you will gain access to all Puzzled content, other exclusive games, and streaming movies and TV shows.
