Crossover gives a twist to the classic crossword puzzle! The goal is to solve the puzzle by swapping letters into the correct places, based on the row and column clues.
How to play?
Tap the arrows on the clue bar at the bottom of the screen to browse through the clues. Each clue indicates the column or row it applies to.
Drag tiles over others to swap their positions and arrange words. Note that some of the tiles may contain emojis instead of letters, which represent a word. For example, the🍎in “Apple Pie”. Tap an emoji to reveal a helper pop-up.
Correctly placed letter tiles will turn green and will no longer be movable.
Need some extra help? Tap the “Lightbulb” icon at the bottom, and it will help you out by placing a random tile into the right spot.
