You can report a bug directly from your game account by going to the Profile section and tapping Player Support. Then, scroll down and click the “Chat with Us” button at the bottom of the screen. From there, select Troubleshooting > Bug Report.

If the issue you want to report is not on the list, please click “No, I need to talk to someone” and provide the requested details. The more information you provide—such as screenshots or videos—the easier it is for us to investigate and resolve the problem.
You can also report the bug through our Netflix Puzzled Help Center page. Just tap the “Chat” icon in the bottom-right corner and follow the same Troubleshooting > Bug Report category path.
